Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is provided by Brice Singleton, who operates the Not Just Brakes website and text-messaging service. Not Just Brakes ("we", "us") is a mobile mechanic service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The Not Just Brakes website and text-messaging service are built and operated by Brice Singleton on behalf of Not Just Brakes.

What we collect

When you call, text, or use the request form on this site, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, vehicle details, a description of the problem, your vehicle's location, and the messages you exchange with us.

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: providing mobile mechanic service — responding to your requests, sending service updates by text message, scheduling work, and keeping a record of your service history with us.

Text messaging

We text only people who ask us to. There are three ways that happens: you check the optional SMS consent box on our request form at notjustbrakes.com/request-help; you call (463) 888-6619 and we miss the call, in which case we send one text back so you can reach us; or you text us first and we reply. Consent to receive texts is never required to request service — leave the box unchecked and we will call you instead.

Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. The exact messages we send are published at notjustbrakes.com/sms-consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All opt-in data and consent remain with Not Just Brakes and will not be sold or shared.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate our website and messaging (such as our text-messaging and hosting providers), and only as needed to run the service.

Retention & security

We keep service records so we can serve you better on return visits. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us.
